Advocate and coordinate patient care needs
Conduct nursing assessments and interventions
Administer medications and evaluate effectiveness
Document treatment progress and patient responses
Engage in education and discharge planning Requirements:
Accredited practical nurse education program completion
Active registration or eligibility to practice in the field
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
Experience with CoACT framework preferred
Certification in IV Therapy and ACLS beneficial Utilize your nursing skills to impact patient care positively and contribute to a patient-centered health setting.
