This person will prepare breakfast a la carte for 115 people every day. After Breakfast they will prepare a home made soup each day. Baking requirements will include cookies and muffins daily plus a dessert each day pie, squares, cake, cobbler, bread pudding etc according to menu requirements.

There will also be a regular duty to assist with prep work for the lunch and dinner meal as needed by the other cooks.

This person will be safety conscious and careful to maintain a clean workplace at all times.

This person is to fill a maternity leave and will be for a minimum of one year.
