Summary:

The Seasonal Line Cook position gives the applicant the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team in a fun, rapid paced environment. As a Line Cook you will be a pivotal team member supporting our restaurant and banquet event services.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, assemble, and execute menu items for dine-in, take-out, banquets, and plated service
Operate kitchen equipment including grill, flattop, fryers, and pizza ovens
Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, especially during service
Follow recipes, prep sheets, kitchen manuals, and established procedures




Maintain a clean and organized kitchen; complete daily cleaning and equipment logs
Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality and quantities
Manage inventory through proper stock rotation, storage, and temperature control
Work safely and efficiently to ensure consistent food quality and cost control
Communicate professionally with the Food & Beverage team
Complete opening and closing checklists as required

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months experience as a line cook (1–2 years preferred)
Positive attitude, robust work ethic, and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills
Available to work flexible shifts
Reliable transportation to and from work
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain (First Aid an asset)

Working Conditions:
Bending, lifting, extended periods of standing

Reason for Vacancy:
Seasonal position, and dependent on the weather and golf season.
