Pasteurizer (HTST) Operator – Night Shift

The Job
Operate and maintain pasteurizers, CIP systems, and RO systems to produce high-quality specialty cheeses. Keep production running smoothly while meeting safety and quality standards. This role is on night shift (approximately midnight - 9am).
Must-Haves
- 2+ years running Pasteurizer (HTST) in food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
- CIP system & Reverse Osmosis operation
- Measuring, mixing, and adjusting ingredients/process controls (pH, temp, sampling)
- High school diploma (food tech education = bonus)
- Able to lift, bend, stand long periods
- Good English & math skills
- Flexibility to work different machines & shifts
You Will
- Operate pasteurizers (HTST machines), RO systems, CIP systems
- Set up, run, and clean equipment to SOP/HACCP/GMP standards
- Monitor quality and adjust as needed
- Record production and safety data
- Work safely and keep your area clean
- Join team meetings and help improve processes
