Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Location: London & St. Thomas, Ontario

Shift: Monday – Friday (Starting at 7:00 AM)

Salary: $55,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, & Drugs)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our morning load-out operations and manage our daily logistics. This role is critical to our supply chain, requiring a "boots-on-the-ground" leader who can manage two sites in the early morning before settling into our St. Thomas headquarters to handle routing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Dual-Site Load-Out Management: Start the day at our London location (7:00 AM) to oversee truck loading, then transition to our St. Thomas location to complete load-outs by 9:00 AM.
- Routing & Dispatch: Utilize Dispatch Track to coordinate daily routes, ensuring all trucks are loaded efficiently and routed for maximum profitability and on-time delivery.
- Warehouse Oversight: Manage the day-to-day flow of the St. Thomas warehouse, maintaining organization and safety standards.
- Fleet Efficiency: Monitor driver routes and load volumes to minimize empty miles and maximize asset utilization.
- Administrative Tasks: Use Microsoft Office to maintain inventory records, communication logs, and internal reporting.

What We Are Looking For

- Physical Capability: This position is physically demanding. You are required to move heavy appliances using a 2-wheel dolly on a daily basis. Candidates must be comfortable and capable of performing these heavy-lifting tasks safely.




- Material Handling Expertise: You must have been fully forklift certified within the last 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates experienced and comfortable operating a Box Clamp Truck.
- Logistics Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with routing software (experience with Dispatch Track is a significant asset).
- Early Risers: You thrive in the early morning and can manage the logistical challenge of a dual-city morning start.

Requirements

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for the morning transition between London and St. Thomas).
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics coordination.
- Strong communication skills to interface with drivers, and Senior Management.
