We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Representative to manage and support all core HR functions. This is a standalone, part-time role ideal for a seasoned HR skilled who enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment and can operate both strategically and hands-on. The position is hybrid, working out of our Midhurst office at least 1 day per week.

- *Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably within a mid-sized company
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a full HR function
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a team of ~30 employees
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Conduct reviews and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards and regulations
- Manage compensation, benefits coordination, and HR record-keeping
- Support leadership with organizational planning and HR strategy
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
