WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our Talent Attraction Specialist, you will own full life cycle recruiting across the USA and Canada for roles spanning engineering, manufacturing, field services, operations, and corporate functions. You will be the first face of TURBINE-X Energy that most candidates ever see and you will make that impression count.

Your day to day will include:

· Partnering with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, cultural priorities, and hiring timelines across both countries

· Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, industry networks, and university and technical school partnerships

· Nurturing active talent pipelines for high demand and hard to fill technical roles so we are always ready for what comes next

· Serving as the primary candidate contact from first hello through offer decision — delivering a professional, warm,



and values aligned experience every step of the way

· Screening and assessing candidates for technical competency, role readiness, and TURBINE-X core value alignment

· Coaching hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and realistic hiring timelines

· Leading employer branding efforts alongside HR leadership, including job posting strategy, social media presence, and how we show up in competitive markets

· Supporting early career programs including internships, co ops, campus recruiting, and our X-FACTOR workforce development initiatives

· Maintaining clean, accurate ATS data and documentation to support compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement

· Finding smarter ways to do everything from process improvements, to better tools, and sharper workflows

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Experience and Education

· Five or more years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally supporting technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, or industrial roles

· Experience recruiting across both the USA and Canada is strongly preferred

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

· Hands on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, ATS platforms, and passive candidate outreach

· Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment standards and compliant hiring practices

· Background in energy, oil and gas, industrial services, or engineering environments is a real advantage

WHERE YOU WILL WORK





This role is based in Willis, Texas (USA) or Nisku, Alberta (Canada), with flexibility depending on location and business needs. You will work primarily in an office or remote environment with occasional travel across the USA and Canada for facility visits, career fairs, campus recruiting events, and in person meetings with hiring leaders. When visiting operational or manufacturing sites, you will follow all site specific safety protocols.
