Maintenance Cleaner (Full-time / Permanent)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- 32.5 hours a week

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Sweep and scrub parkade floors
- Remove debris, leaves, trash, and oil stains




- Empty garbage bins and replace liners
- Clean stairwells, elevators, and pedestrian walkways
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use proper PPE
- Place safety cones/signage while cleaning wet areas
- Ensure fire exits and emergency access areas remain clear
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly
- Respond politely to customer inquiries while on site

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have their own vehicle to travel between sites
- Ability to make decisions under pressure, demonstrate resourcefulness, and handle various situations effectively.
- Experience with cash handling is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
