- Advocate and coordinate patient care needs
- Conduct nursing assessments and interventions
- Administer medications and evaluate effectiveness
- Document treatment progress and patient responses
- Engage in education and discharge planning Requirements:
- Accredited practical nurse education program completion
- Active registration or eligibility to practice in the field
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
- Experience with CoACT framework preferred
- Certification in IV Therapy and ACLS beneficial Utilize your nursing skills to impact patient care positively and contribute to a patient-centered health environment.
