Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Journeyman and Apprentice Welders to join our install team. In this hands-on role, you'll work on-site across various construction and infrastructure projects, installing structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and ornamental elements with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete welding for installation of structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental metalwork

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

- Ensure precise alignment, fit-up, and installation of fabricated components

- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all site safety protocols

- Collaborate with installation crews,



foremen, and other trades on-site

- Conduct quality checks and repairs as needed in the field

What We're Looking For

For Journeyman Welders

- Valid Journeyman welder certification

- Proven experience in structural/miscellaneous/ornamental metals welding

- Strong knowledge of welding processes

- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols

- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

For Apprentice Welders

- Currently enrolled in or willing to pursue enrollment to become a Journeyman Welder

- Previous welding experience (shop or field)

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a quick-paced field environment

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
