Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.




Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
