Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to service residential units and apartment buildings in Windsor and the surrounding area. This position offers flexible, as-needed hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with morning availability required. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle, and must be able to work independently while completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities include cleaning residential units, apartment common areas, and turnover cleans between tenants while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable, and able to be left alone to complete work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Cleaning residential units when needed and apartment common areas weekly
Turnover cleaning between tenants
Maintaining high cleanliness standards
Completing tasks within assigned timeframes
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or industrial environments
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums or steam cleaners to ensure thorough sanitation




Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, adhering to health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues encountered

Experience
Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Experience in facilities maintenance or related fields is advantageous
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial but not required
