We are currently looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about client care and interested in joining a supportive and professional clinic environment.

Job Summary

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Gold Pro Massage & Wellness Studio, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's individual needs and therapeutic goals.

You will be responsible for assessing client conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality massage therapy techniques that promote relaxation, reduce pain, and improve overall wellness.

Schedule & Shift Availability

A minimum of 3 shifts per week is required.

We are currently looking to fill shifts including:

- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Shifts are available Monday through Friday as well as weekends (Saturday and Sunday).





Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client goals
- Provide qualified massage treatments including:
- Relaxation Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Therapeutic / Clinical Massage
- Sports Massage

Additional modalities considered an asset:

- Thai Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Cupping
- TMJ / Jaw Treatment
- Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretches, and lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records including SOAP notes and treatment documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of client care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development when possible

Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Alberta
- Completion of 2200+ hour accredited massage therapy program
- Valid First Aid / CPR certification
- Active professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional client care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed





Experience with Thai Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping, or TMJ treatments is considered an asset but not required.
