What You Bring
- Willingness and ability to relocate to a remote Northern Canadian community (required)
- 2+ years of experience supervising or managing a team
- Background in retail, grocery, fast food, or hospitality is a strong asset
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in remote settings
- Solid customer service focus with a community-first attitude
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to grow your leadership career

Key Responsibilities
- Live, work, and positively contribute to a remote Northern Canadian community
- Lead and support daily in-store operations and execution of sales and marketing programs
- Build and manage weekly staff schedules that respond to the realities of a remote location
- Order products and manage inventory to ensure consistent product availability
- Train, motivate, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support employee growth, engagement, and career progression
- Tackle unique operational challenges using creativity, teamwork, and available resources
