What You’ll Do

- Assists with responding to group sales enquiries via telephone, e-mail, and fax in a timely manner.
- Helps conduct prospecting calls to new and existing groups.
- Assist in booking Marketing and Media FAMs.
- Help process and confirm group reservations, including dining and attraction bookings.
- Provides support to sales team (i.e. Sales kits, booking FAM tours, brochure fulfilment, ticket order processing and customer mail-outs).
- Communicate with Niagara Parks attractions and restaurants to confirm availability.
- Problem solving between internal departments and sales department to ensure smooth customer service.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in reservation systems.
- Assist with proofing marketing materials.
- Respects and complies with all policies and procedures.
- Assist with booking small business event dining groups (50 people or fewer), including payment processing.
- Help book business events, attractions, VIP tours, and WEGO Charters.
- Assist with special colour requests for Falls Illumination.
- Work with Niagara Parks venues to confirm event details and banquet event orders (BEOs).





What You’ll Bring

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a College or University program in Tourism or Hospitality.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Knowledgeable on the use of Microsoft Office, Windows-based software, Outlook and internet applications.
- Problem solving skills and ability to perform duties with a strong attention to detail.
