Our client, a respected and long-established insurance provider with decades of experience serving communities across Manitoba, is seeking a Personal Lines Regional Lead to support branch operations and team leadership. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staff scheduling and workflow coordination
Provide training, mentorship, and development support to Personal Lines and Autopac Insurance Advisors
Participate in recruitment and performance discussions with HR and leadership
Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and care
Monitor production reports, track receivables, and ensure adherence to company processes
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success





Qualifications
Must have valid Level 2 General Insurance License
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or managing staff in an insurance setting
Hands-on experience with Personal Lines and Autopac
Proficiency in industry platforms such as EPIC, IWS, MPI Autopac
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coach team members, manage priorities, and deliver results
Must be able to travel across Rural Municipalities, South of Winnipeg (within 30 minutes of drive)
