Service Advisor

Cobourg Nissan – Cobourg, ON

Cobourg Nissan is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive

- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues

- Recommend required maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines

- Prepare detailed service estimates and explain work clearly to customers

- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding repair status and timelines

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explain completed work

- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently

- Upsell maintenance services ethically and transparently

- Maintain accurate records using dealership management software

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous automotive service advisor experience is an asset





- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a busy service department

- Basic automotive knowledge preferred

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Valid driver’s license

Compensation

- Annual earnings: $40,000 – $70,000, based on experience and performance
