This opportunity is specifically for our Capital Insurance Brokers – Stony Plain (STP) branch, where a strong in-office presence is essential to team collaboration and client service.

Employees are expected to work a minimum of three (3) days per week on-site at the Stony Plain branch. Up to two additional days per week may be worked from our St. Albert office, where operationally appropriate. A consistent physical presence at the Stony Plain Branch is required for this role.

Your Role
We are hiring a Fast-Track Broker or a Sales-Oriented Broker, with requirements aligned to our established Fast-Track program, to support growth at our Capital Stony Plain location.
Join our Fast-Track Program as an Insurance Advisor, an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong sales or account management experience who are looking to build a long-term career in insurance.
In this role, you’ll leverage your relationship-building, consultative sales,
and organizational skills to help clients find the right home and auto insurance solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor while working closely with the Stony Plain team in a fully on-site, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up
- Assess client needs and provide tailored home and auto insurance recommendations
- Manage policy renewals, applications, and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with in-office colleagues to deliver seamless client experiences
- Support business development and retention initiatives (no cold calling required)
Who You Are
- 2+ years in a structured sales, account management, or customer service role
- Experience in insurance, telecom, finance, or professional services is an asset
- Some post-secondary education is required
- Strong consultative sales and relationship management abilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Confident, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into a trusted insurance professional
- Comfortable working primarily on-site and contributing to an in-office team culture
