PCELC is seeking a full time Registered Early Childhood Educator who has a passion and deep commitment to the caring and education of young children. This position is a maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension.

As a member of our dynamic team you will:

n

- Create a safe and welcoming learning environment for children, while ensuring the health and well-being of young children.
- Develop and implement a program in keeping with "How Does Learning Happen" and the PCELC program statement.
- Work in collaboration with parents, PCELC staff and other professionals that may be involved in a child's growth and development.
- Attend staff meeting and other professional development opportunities as required.
- Other duties as required.

nStarting wage is $24.03 +wage enhancement & CWELCCn

Job Types: Full time, Fixed term contract

- Pakenham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification

- Membership in good standing with the College of ECE's (required)
- Standard First Aid/CPR - C (preferred)
- Vulnerable Sector Check less than 6 months old (preferred)
