Kanata Mazda is hiring a Shop Foreman / Lead Technician to support daily shop operations while remaining hands-on with advanced diagnostics and repairs.
This is a working leadership role for a strong 310S technician who wants to lead from the front and be rewarded for both production and shop performance.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Support daily workflow and technician dispatch
- Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, complex systems)
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting
- Monitor repair quality and reduce comebacks
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians
- Work closely with Service Manager to improve efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized, and accountable shop environment
Requirements
- 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician (required)
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Dealership experience an asset
- Professional, team-oriented mindset
