Marketplace performance is a core revenue driver of our business.
We are hiring a hands-on, experienced Marketplace & Product Data Manager to lead this function and scale marketplace performance through strong catalog governance and operational excellence.

Catalog accuracy at scale
You will lead both the people and the systems that power our marketplace growth.
What You Will Own
Leadership of the Product Data & Marketplace team
Marketplace catalog optimization across Amazon (required), eBay, Walmart, and Google
Listing quality, completeness, and compliance
Variant and taxonomy strategy
Data accuracy and feed health
Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, IT, and Operations
Hands-on problem-solving when marketplace issues arise
This is a leadership role that requires solid management skills and the willingness to dive into details when needed.
Required Experience
5+ years in marketplace or large-scale e-commerce operations
Direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (required)
Experience with eBay and/or Walmart marketplace
3+ years managing people
Experience working with structured product data systems (PIM, ERP, or similar)
Proven track record improving marketplace performance metrics
Applicants without real Amazon marketplace experience will not be considered.
Compensation & Location
$95,000 – $125,000 CAD base salary
100% onsite – Kanata, Ontario
Full time, permanent
