Lead legal governance for Bank Australia’s proposed PNL Ltd merger from Collingwood or Sydney, using regulatory expertise and company secretarial skills. This 12-month contract supports an experienced legal and governance professional through integration, regulatory engagement, and organisational change. You will advise senior executives, project leaders, and regulators while supporting governance oversight and merger delivery. Financial services experience and transformation expertise are central to the work. Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal, governance, and company secretarial merger support Manage legal, regulatory, and governance risks Review supplier agreements, contracts, disclosures,



and communications Support Day 1 readiness and regulatory engagement Coordinate legal input across project workstreams Requirements:

Law Degree and current Australian Practising Certificate At least five years’ post-qualification legal experience Financial services or highly regulated environment experience Complex transformation, merger, acquisition, or integration experience Solid commercial judgement and stakeholder communication Apply legal expertise, governance oversight, and regulatory knowledge to Bank Australia’s proposed merger and integration program.
