You will own technical excellence, mentor engineers, and uphold high quality, code-compliant deliverables while guiding multi-office projects. You will drive standardization of practices, support P.Eng. registrations, and lead major pursuits with a focus on safety, reliability, and innovation across steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures.
