15 years construction experience, including 10 years cost control Solid Earned Value Management knowledge Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and estimating Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or Engineering Knowledge of SAP, Primavera, Hard Dollar, or Accubid Bring cost control leadership, financial analysis, and project reporting expertise to FCC Canada’s transformative GO Rail program.
