Drive national grocery growth at Mars Food & Nutrition Canada through category strategy, shopper insights, and advanced data analytics. This hybrid position supports retailer partners. As Category Manager, you will shape distribution, shelving, and mutually profitable growth strategies across Mars and National Grocery Retailer partners. You will collaborate with Sales, Category, and Marketing teams using Nielsen, Numerator, and retailer data. Your analysis will support annual planning, line reviews, planograms, selling stories, and Demand Management Reviews. Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic recommendations from shopper, category, and retailer analysis Prepare category reviews, selling stories,



and presentations Lead assortment and shopper-based shelf strategy planning Deliver reporting on insights, issues, and opportunities Provide consumption, distribution, and shelving reviews Requirements:

University Degree or College Diploma Five-plus years of CPG or related industry experience Three-plus years in Category and Space Management Solid Nielsen and Numerator data knowledge Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI experience helpful Apply category leadership, retailer collaboration, and analytical storytelling to advance Mars Food & Nutrition Canada’s grocery growth.
