As Director of Operations, E‑Commerce – Vaughan Fulfillment Center, you’ll lead one of our most advanced, high‑volume automated sites at the heart of our e‑commerce business. This high‑visibility leadership role involves shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while owning full site performance and financial results.ResponsibilitiesLead the day‑to‑day operations of a state‑of‑the‑art fulfillment centerOwn site performance, including P&L; accountability, to deliver on e‑commerce growth and profitability targetsLeverage advanced warehouse management systems (Ocado) to optimize product availability, accuracy, freshness, and waste reductionContinuously improve performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people metricsPartner with forecasting, replenishment, and delivery teams to maximize site capacity and dock utilizationOversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and process integrity while driving cross‑functional alignmentCollaborate with stakeholders across Planning, IT, HR, Finance, Service Delivery, and Customer Experience to achieve business objectivesEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety standardsTeam LeadershipBuild, coach, and empower a high‑performing leadership teamBe a visible, hands‑on leader who engages teams at every level of the organizationTranslate strategy into clear priorities and aligned executionFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementSet high‑performance standards and encourage learning through experimentationChampion a culture rooted in integrity,
