and client relationship objectives.Manage project teams and subcontractors with professionalismStrong involvement in labour management and site progressIdentify and manage risk exposure to the organizationProvide insight and recommendations into the design, logistics, feasibility, risk assessment, and opportunities for value engineeringManage the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules and milestones, and coordinate resource requirements.Provide active promotion and leadership of the health and safety of all team members; ensure that the companyprogram and processes are adhered to and that safety remains at the forefront.Assist in pre-job planning including estimate turnover, kick-off meetings, vendor and subcontractor partnering, material/equipment management strategies, and resource planning.Assist with the planning and execution of the procurement process on projects.Preparation of progress and financial forecasting and reporting.Competencies (Skills & Attributes)Ability to learn quickly and take on new challengesCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsRelevant education and 3-5 years of experienceWe look forward to meeting you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
