Design agentic data solutions at 7shifts using Python, SQL, Claude, and MCP in a hands-on architect and builder role. Work across business teams. As AI Data Architect, you will define how questions become certified answers through portals, agents, business context, and semantic layers. You will report to the Head of Data and partner with data, analytics engineering, IT, Finance, GTM, and Product teams. Your first major outcome is an adopted self-service portal for basic data requests. Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end agentic data solution architectures Ship and drive adoption of the self-service portal Evaluate portals, tools, identity, access, and integrations Support business context and semantic layer development Run cross-functional AI and data projects Requirements:

Hands-on Python and SQL experience Shipped and repaired an AI agent or LLM solution Experience managing LLM usage, budgets, and trade-offs Knowledge of dbt, Snowflake, governance, and lineage Track record leading complex projects across teams Build trusted AI-on-data capabilities at 7shifts through architecture, coding, evaluation, and cross-functional delivery.
