Join a team delivering mid- to high-complexity L&D; training projects within a financial services environment. You will lead end-to-end implementation of learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, webinars, self-directed pathways, workshops), manage stakeholders, and keep initiatives on time, in scope, and on budget. Start ASAP on a long-term assignment with a team-oriented 20-person team, with potential for extension or conversion.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D; projects to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget

Drive L&D; processes to implement learning solutions across ILT, eLearning, webinars, self-directed pathways, and workshops

Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and maintain regular communications

Report on project progress to project teams and business stakeholders at different levels

Ensure tight governance control and actively manage and resolve risks and issues

Support vendor selection, engagement, and onboarding for third-party learning solutions

Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement
