Lead cost management in downtown Montreal with Turner & Townsend, applying commercial advisory and project controls expertise. Hybrid client-office work occurs at least twice weekly. As an Associate Director, you will deliver cost management across project stages for major capital projects. Your work spans estimating, cost assurance, forecasting, procurement, commercial management, and executive stakeholder engagement. You will support energy and natural resources clients while leading teams, mentoring consultants, and contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead high-quality cost management services across project stages Advise clients on cost, risk, procurement, and delivery approaches Develop estimates, cost plans, forecasts,



and budget validations Lead cost assurance reviews and governance frameworks Present commercial insights to executives and governance committees Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Minimum 15 years of progressive relevant experience Experience supporting major projects exceeding $500M Fluency in English and French Proficiency with CostX or equivalent, Excel, and Power BI Bring cost assurance, forecasting, procurement, and executive advisory expertise to Turner & Townsend’s Montreal team.
