Serve Dexterra Group clients as a Senior HVAC Service Technician, combining equipment repair, client communication, and apprentice mentorship across assigned sites. You will maintain critical commercial and industrial building systems while ensuring protected, efficient work that meets codes and contractual service requirements. The position emphasizes equipment reliability, occupant comfort, and client satisfaction through troubleshooting, commissioning, functional testing, and technical support. Dexterra Group also expects accurate documentation and compliance with safety, environmental, and building requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair RTUs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, and heat pumps Perform commissioning, functional testing, equipment replacements,



and retrofits Build positive client relationships and provide technical guidance Coach junior technicians and apprentices on procedures and best practices Maintain safe work areas and complete accurate service documentation Requirements:

Licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic 313A required Gas Technician 2 licence and Ozone Depletion Prevention Certification Seven or more years of commercial HVAC service experience Experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights Support Dexterra Group’s client operations with senior HVAC service, safety compliance, technical mentorship, and dependable equipment care.
