Support large-scale projects through disciplined financial analysis. As a Senior Cost Control Specialist, you will provide hands-on technical oversight across budgeting, forecasting, EAC, accruals, commitments, and cost performance analysis. You will help manage financial performance for large capital projects while working with construction management, contractors, engineering, procurement, finance, clients, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Develop control budgets, cost baselines, forecasts, and cash flow projections Analyze variances, productivity, earned value, trends, and financial risks Evaluate scope, quantity, schedule, and commercial change impacts Prepare cost reports, dashboards,



KPIs, and executive summaries Guide cost control team members through daily technical work Requirements:

10–15 years supporting large capital projects Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, EAC, commitments, and accruals experience Advanced Microsoft Office, enterprise cost systems, and ERP proficiency Monthly travel or field-based rotational work availability Bring analytical cost control, change management, risk assessment, and reporting expertise to Bantrel’s Calgary-based Energy or Mining projects.
