This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, outdoor work experience, and passion for grounds maintenance in a fast-paced setting.Duties:Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and planting bed care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy such as; Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems with precision and safety adherenceMaintain and repair hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to ensure durability and visual appealManage irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to promote healthy plant growth while conserving waterConduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting new trees,



and identifying plant species for proper horticultural careExecute snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access around the propertyFollow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulationsRequirements:Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of groundskeeping and landscaping practicesMechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of lawn care equipment, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping machinery such as excavatorsAbility to identify various plants, trees, pests, and weeds; knowledge of pesticide management is a plusFamiliarity with horticulture principles including plant identification and soil management techniquesExperience in grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, gardening, tree trimming, hardscape repair, and snow plowingKnowledge of safety procedures related to equipment operation and outdoor work environmentsAbility to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and safetyJoin us in creating beautiful landscapes while ensuring safety and functionality!
