Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing structural designs for various construction projects, utilizing advanced CAD and drafting tools.

Duties

- Create detailed structural design drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
- Develop accurate calculations and analyses to support design decisions, employing Mathcad and other engineering software.
- Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design documents.
- Assist in project management tasks including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with clients and contractors.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback, maintaining consistency with project requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and best practices in construction and civil engineering.

Experience

- Proven experience in structural or civil design within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and structural principles.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations related to structural integrity using Mathcad or similar software.
- Prior experience drafting detailed construction documents for large-scale projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This role is ideal for candidates eager to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic setting while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
