We need a PSW who is especialized in working with Autistic adults. The Personal Support Worker provides respectful, person-centered assistance that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives. The role supports personal routines and a safe, welcoming home environment while responding attentively to each person’s needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily caregiving and senior care, adapting support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Support medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Prepare meals, complete cleaning tasks, and help maintain a comfortable, orderly living space.
- Provide home care and support in assisted living or nursing home settings, communicating relevant observations to colleagues.

Skills
Required: Practical caregiving skills, transparent communication, patience, and attention to individual needs are important for providing respectful daily assistance, supporting routines, and sharing observations accurately. Preferred: Assisted living experience, nursing home experience, senior care, experience working with individuals with disabilities, dementia care, medication administration, cleaning, meal preparation, and home care are valuable strengths for this role.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
