Our company continues to grow, and we are currently looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to work in our Victoria office location.

Working under the direction of the Director of Finance and Office Manager, your main job tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Applying daily deposits to customer’s accounts
- Sending out customer statements
- Interacting with customers over missed invoices and payments
Qualifications
- Past experience in AR
- Experience in Financial Reporting would be an asset
- Experience in distribution industry would be an asset

- Attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Organized, orderly, and efficient
- Reliability essential
- Multitask, prioritize and cope with interruptions
