As a Commercial Project Manager, you will support skilled services projects and pursuits across transportation consulting and engineering. Your work combines budgeting, forecasting, contract interpretation, billing, and commercial risk management. You will partner with Project Owners, Contract Owners, Pursuit Leads, Finance, Legal, and Consulting leadership throughout each project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor budgets, revenue, costs, margins, WIP, and receivables
- Investigate variances and support forecasting with actionable insights
- Evaluate scope, staffing, subcontractor, schedule, and contractual changes
- Coordinate accurate invoicing, payment follow-up,



and project closeout
- Strengthen processes through digital tools, analytics, and automation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Approximately 2–5 years in commercial project management or related disciplines
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Ability to interpret contracts and establish effective project controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
