Position Description

Technical Sales Representative

Job Type: Full‑time Location: GTA with some travel within Canada

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Technical Sales Representative to develop customers within Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace and Construction Industries.

This role offers the opportunity to build customer relationships and develop new business in an environment that values initiative, accountability, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop,



and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct site visits to understand and assess customer needs
- Recommend Product Solutions within Related Industries.
- Manage sales opportunities from initial contact, through quotation, follow-up and completion. Ongoing and continual development of the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial and or Electrical products with a technical sales background.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them to applications.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem‑solving skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the GTA with some external travel within Canada.
- Self‑motivation, organization, and the ability to manage priorities independently
- Experience in preparing quotes, managing a sales pipeline, and working towards sales targets
- Experience coordinating projects with suppliers, installers, or other stakeholders
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Computer literacy, knowledge of most common applications like Excel, Word and Outlook and CRM systems.
- Post Secondary Education

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON. with In Office Time Required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
