As Procurement Lead, you report to the Strategic Supply Manager and lead procurement for safety and non-safety systems. Your responsibilities span sourcing strategy, supplier qualification, contract administration, cost recovery, and supply chain risk. Technical experience supports purchasing for remote fuel handling and specialized tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create sourcing strategies based on capability, cost, quality, and risk
- Identify, qualify, develop, and monitor strategic suppliers
- Lead cross-functional negotiations and establish long-term agreements
- Improve supplier quality, performance, schedules,



and cost recovery
- Partner with Engineering, Legal, Manufacturing, and Project Management

Requirements:

- Ten years of procurement leadership experience
- Five years of nuclear industry experience
- Engineering or technology degree, or related technical experience
- Knowledge of nuclear standards, codes, and quality systems
- Risk management, quality tools, and communication capabilities
