About Us

Iron Fist Industrial Solutions Inc. provides millwrighting, industrial maintenance, electrical services, machinery installations and relocation, welding, warehouse racking and facility protection. Our team includes technicians with 30+ years of industrial experience.

We are looking for a motivated sales representative to help us connect with factories, warehouses, manufacturers and other industrial facilities throughout the GTA.

Your Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate new business.
- Visit industrial facilities to introduce our company and services.
- Contact prospects through phone calls, emails and in-person visits.
- Build relationships with maintenance managers, plant managers, facility managers and business owners.
- Identify opportunities for repairs, installations, maintenance contracts, shutdown support and shift coverage.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate with our technical team to prepare quotes.




- Follow up on quotes and work toward securing projects and ongoing contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-up activities.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence approaching new customers and starting conversations.
- A proactive, organized approach to prospecting and follow-up.
- The ability to understand customer needs and explain our services clearly.
- Availability to travel to customer locations throughout the GTA.
- Previous business-to-business sales experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, construction or skilled trades is an asset.
