Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Duties

- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
- Help with food handling and storage to ensure safety standards are met
- Support kitchen staff in setting up and breaking down workstations
- Assist with serving food to customers or guests as needed
- Ensure all kitchen tools and utensils are properly stored and maintained
- Follow health and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment




- Support hospitality services by assisting with general customer needs when required

Skills

- Experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to perform basic food preparation and cooking tasks
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn current skills related to kitchen operations and hospitality services
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
