Engineer scalable Marqeta services with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS, and RESTful APIs while supporting customer and cardholder experiences remotely in Ontario. This Senior Full Stack Software Engineer owns significant system components and features within Marqeta’s Customer and Cardholder Experiences team. You will independently design maintainable software, deliver milestones, and address technical ambiguity. Five-plus years of software engineering with qualifying education Backend experience in an object-oriented programming language Modern Java backend development with Spring Boot Kubernetes and AWS application development experience Scalable cloud microservices experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP Use Java, cloud microservices, APIs, and disciplined software design to deliver reliable Marqeta customer experiences across Ontario.
