We are currently hiring a Maintenance Manager for one of our leading clients in the Packaging Industry, located in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge (KWC), Ontario region.

Pay - $130K-160K

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement safety goals and action plans to maintain a protected working environment within the Maintenance Department.

- Provide leadership and direction to maintenance operations to maximize production and equipment efficiency.

- Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance strategies to improve operational performance in alignment with company values.

- Supervise and inspect maintenance activities to ensure technicians follow industry best practices and use the latest technologies.

- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.





- Track and communicate departmental performance in safety, environmental compliance, equipment reliability, and cost management.

- Assist in developing maintenance business plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Lead and motivate maintenance employees to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall performance.

- Negotiate contract-related matters with union representatives while maintaining positive working relationships.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

- At least 5 years of maintenance management experience preferred.

- Licensed Millwright or Electrician.
