We are seeking a dedicated and consistent Production Associate to join a large manufacturing company in the Brampton area. This role involves operating various machines and working in a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Available Shifts - ROTATIONAL ONLY

- Days - 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon - 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Night - 11:00pm - 7:00am

(Must be flexible to work all 3 shifts)

Pay rate: $20.00/hr + 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities

- Loading and loading machines on the line, keeping the line moving at all times
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
- Engage in assembly, packaging, and quality control activities to meet production standards.
- Operating various machines on different lines at a quick pace




- Palletizing products as they come off the line
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any assembly issues promptly

Experience

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week consistently
- Must have 1-2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment with a reference
