Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Panuozzo Crafter/Sandwich Maker, to join our vibrant culinary team! As a key player in our kitchen, you will craft delicious, authentic panuozzo sandwiches and other specialty offerings that delight our guests. Duties

- Prepare and assemble Crudo Panuozzi, sandwiches, and other menu items according to established recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards.
- Properly portion meats, cheeses, sauces, vegetables, and other ingredients to ensure consistency, quality, and minimal food waste.
- Prepare customer orders quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards during both regular and high-volume service.
- Operate the POS system to process customer orders and payments efficiently and accurately, including cash handling responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation, completing daily preparation, restocking, and cleaning tasks as required.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage while adhering to all food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service, creating a positive guest experience and promoting menu items when appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with the Pizzaiolo, Expeditor, and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including station setup, stocking, and cleaning.
- Uphold Crudo's standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness,



and hospitality at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, sandwich-making, or kitchen environment is an asset.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes, preparation guidelines, and portion standards consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience using POS systems and handling customer transactions is an asset.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling and order processing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Ability to promote menu items and enhance the guest experience through product knowledge and upselling.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of performance.
- Passion for food quality, presentation, and hospitality.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry food products, ingredient containers, and kitchen supplies as required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
