ACCU-STAFF is hiring experienced and reliable Forklift Operators for a leading logistics company supporting Windsor's growing electric vehicle battery manufacturing industry.

We are seeking safety-conscious individuals with at least 2 years of full-time forklift experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial workplace.

This opportunity offers consistent hours, weekly pay, and a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Position Details

- Location: Windsor, Ontario
- Wage: $20.50/hour – Paid Weekly
- Employment Type: Full-time, temporary
- Start Date: Hiring immediately
- Schedule: 12-hour continental shifts, rotating days and nights
- Hours: 40+ hours per week
- Overtime: Paid after 44 hours per week
- Work Environment: Heated and air-conditioned facility
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required; not accessible by public transit

What You'll Be Doing

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
- Move and organize products throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Support shipping, receiving, and material-handling operations
- Secure loads and ensure materials are handled safely
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
- Assist with general warehouse and off-equipment duties
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of full-time forklift operating experience (required)
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification is an asset; recertification support may be available
- Strong understanding of forklift safety and material-handling procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties
- Reliable, punctual,



and committed to workplace safety
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Full availability for rotating 12-hour continental shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Must successfully complete a forklift assessment and required background screening, subject to applicable hiring requirements

Required PPE: CSA-approved, 6-inch SD safety boots.
