Lloydminster Hyundai is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales department and help us continue to grow!

We're looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, builds strong relationships, develops talented salespeople, and understands what it takes to run a successful automotive sales operation.

IMPORTANT: Previous management experience within the automotive industry is a MUST. We're looking for someone who has been in the trenches, understands dealership operations, and is ready to make an impact.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous automotive dealership management experience – REQUIRED
- A proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of dealership sales processes, desking, and deal structure
- Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and performance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
- A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience





WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Leading, motivating, and managing the dealership sales team
- Driving new and used vehicle sales while maximizing profitability
- Monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and departmental objectives
- Coaching and developing sales consultants to reach their full potential
- Overseeing deal structure, negotiations, and sales processes
- Building a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture
- Working closely with dealership leadership to achieve overall business objectives
- Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional buying experience
