Job Summary

As a Restaurant Server, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service throughout their visit. You’ll coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to help ensure accurate orders, timely service, and a clean, comfortable dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and enter orders accurately using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages, check in with guests, and communicate special requests or order updates to the kitchen.
- Process payments, handle cash, use basic math, and maintain accurate transactions.
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices while keeping service areas clean and organized.

Requirements

Required: Strong customer service, explicit communication, time management, basic math, and careful food handling are practical capabilities for serving guests, processing orders, and maintaining safe, organized service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, hospitality, or guest services experience is helpful, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, cash handling, serving, food preparation, kitchen operations, sanitation, food safety, and upselling.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
