The continental schedule is ideal for individuals who like having a set rotation and built-in days off. Candidates must be flexible and available to work Days, Afternoons, and Nights as part of the rotation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Perform general warehouse duties including loading and unloading trucks, palletizing, staging, and moving materials.
- Assist with shipping and receiving while ensuring materials and documentation are handled accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments.




- Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Supply materials to and from production lines to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to maintain efficient material flow.
- Participate in required health and safety training, including procedures related to lithium-ion battery materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or material handling operations is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Availability to work a rotating continental schedule, including Days, Afternoons, and Nights.
- Ability to successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
