Our Accounting Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the accounting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- GL reconciliations
- Journal Entry postings
- Assist in preparation in yearend files
- AR Postings, payments & refund processing
- AR Collections and dealing with customer accounts
- Assist in other accounting/admin tasks/back up
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION &
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Accounting experience is considered an asset
- Intermediate excel with Strong computer skills
- Ability to analyze data accurately
- Strong communication skills
